Jen Hamilton

Children's Ministry Leader

Jen Hamilton is a Rapid City, South Dakota native whose life is deeply rooted in her faith and family. A devoted follower of Jesus since 2010, Jen deepened her theological foundation in 2013 by completing the Horizon School of Evangelism program in San Diego, California. Today, she channels her passion for scripture into her role as a serious student of the Bible and a dedicated servant at Landmark Community Church. Since 2022, Jen has joyfully served in the Children’s Ministry, where she combines her love for children with her gift for teaching, helping the next generation understand and grow in the Word of God.

Outside of her ministry work, Jen’s heart belongs completely to her family and her vibrant church community. She is happily married to her husband, Dustin and they are raising their two sons ,Jeb and Turner. Whether she is cheering on her sons, investing time in her family, or studying scripture, Jen approaches every area of her life with warmth, purpose, and a desire to serve others.

Darla Zechiel 

Children's Ministry Co-Leader

For most of her life, Rapid City has been home to Darla Zechiel. Since giving her heart to Jesus in 1996, her life has been defined by a deep desire to help others experience God's love. Over the past four years, she and her husband, Cliff, have become familiar, welcoming faces at Landmark Community Church, where they team up to serve in the Children’s Ministry. Darla is passionate about teaching the Bible to young hearts, ensuring every child feels loved, valued, and encouraged.

Though she is now retired from her career, Darla is as active as ever in her calling. She spends her days serving others through the joys of faith, church life, and her family. Above all, she treasures her role as a mother to her son and a grandmother to her two grandchildren, whom she adores completely.
