Pastor Walter Rasmussen is the Associate Pastor at Landmark Community Church. Prior to Landmark, he Pastored Newell Community Baptist Church here in South Dakota. He is a Patriot Pastor which makes him a perfect fit to work alongside Pastor Scott.
Pastor Walter is a father of four children. He experienced divorce, but the Lord introduced him to Cheryl, a mother of two, who lost a husband to divorce and a second to a fatal car crash. Together, they are a powerful partnership in the Gospel. They love deeply, and are here to extend the love, grace, and hope of Jesus to you. They teach our marriage ministry course; Love and Respect, and are a resource for you who wish to fortify your marriage in the council of the Word and presence of the Spirit. Pastor Walter also has extensive experience helping people get free from all types of addictions and leads our Celebrate Recovery program. He loves teaching the Word of God and loves God’s people.
